2. RUN CCLEANER FOR ANY REMAINING REGISTRIES TO BE REMOVED.

3. RUN AUSLOGICS DISK DEFRAG TO RE-ALLIGN DISK FILES.

IMPORTANT !:

FOR '.DLL' FILES THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED "LIKE XCGISETTE.DLL" (easy) follow this steps below:

1. Open any 'Folder' > Organize (@ top bar Options )> Folder and Search options > View > Uncheck 'hide extensions for known file types'.

2. Now open the .dll file you are having problems with and change the .dll extension to .bak and restart the computer. After restarting the computer delete the file manually.
